Delera Systems is a consulting company providing expert services in Information Technology and software development. We focus on providing the following services to customers in Bulgaria and the rest of Europe:

We also provide outsourced development services to clients worldwide in a variety of technologies, including C++, Microsoft .NET, Oracle and others.

Our philosophy is to remain small and keep senior consultants of the highest quality and integrity. We believe in helping customers to achieve business value, and making sure that clients seek our services based on competence, not low prices. Our solutions are cost efficient because Bulgaria is a low-cost country compared to Western Europe and the US. Yet, we rely on easier communication and cultural proximity that is not available with more traditional Asian outsourcing destinations.

The firm is privately held, and all of the development work is done in Sofia. We believe technology and project experience should be core competency areas of a consulting company; thus, we do not outsource coding, technical support or technical writing.

Our senior team is led by Kamen Lilov, a longtime developer, project manager and senior architect who went all the way from writing assembly for Apple IIs to overseeing large ASP/COM development efforts in the .com era, to consulting government and corporate clients on software strategy. Among other duties, Kamen served as MSDN Regional Director (a rare Microsoft honorary partner position) for two years in a row.
